Suitable for children aged 7 to 16, our Sport Fishing Training starts with Barramundi from a Sport Fishing Pond on our Beginner session and ends with a Sailfish from a Deep Sea Trip on our Advance session.

First of its kind in Asia, our complete training session imparts knowledge and ethical angling skills, from understanding fishing gears, water and weather to the difference of fishing for Saltwater or Freshwater fish, our young anglers come out of our sessions ready to continue the sport and make a difference.

Adhering to regulations set forth by the International Game Fish Association (IGFA), your child will be ready to attempt a world record if they are keen.

A sport that takes children outdoors, away from their gadgets, honing hand-eye coordination, focus, patience and problem solving skills. You child may know how to read a book but after our training session, they will know how to read water too.

The Milkfish Lady is an education partner of the International Game Fish Association (IGFA). Throughout 2019, our focus is on the Passports to Fishing program, an initiative to teach 100,000 kids to fish in locations around the globe to help build a new generation of educated, ethical and accomplished anglers, commemorating the IGFA’s 80th anniversary.

We are proud to have hosted Asia’s first IGFA Passport to Fishing event on November 10, 2018. Since then, the initiative has grown far and wide globally, with more participation from Asian countries.

Through the Education Kit flown directly from the IGFA Headquarters in Florida, your child will be introduced to world class angling education covering Basic Tackle, Conservation, Stewardship and more. Every child will receive a Certificate of Participation from the IGFA once they have completed the Passport to Fishing program whilst fishing with us on our Family-Friendly sessions.

In just two hours, your child will not just learn ethical angling skills but also catch and release Barramundi, have fun and be 1 of 100,000 ethical young anglers worldwide. Fish with us and the IGFA!
